We at Richards Appliance take great pride in our service. Our technicians are knowledgeable and courteous; they are fully trained and certified and all work is guaranteed. We use only brand new factory recommended parts and our service is ALWAYS THE SAME LOW PRICE.
Our service call charge is reasonably priced at $79.95 for most zip codes, and is much lower than some of the larger companies.It includes the time for the technician to drive to your home or business, diagnose the problem, and provide an exact estimate for repair. If you do want the repair the service call charge is then included in the estimate.
Also, we offer flat rate pricing, which means you don’t have to pay an hourly rate for a simple and quick repair, and included in any price is a parts & labor warranty of 30 days. Each repair has a separate price which is more fair for customers. It also means that a repair that is taking longer than expected won’t cost you more money.
